We use data to operate the Service, personalize features (e.g., your queues), communicate with you, secure the platform, and comply with law. You control certain settings in your account and can request access, correction, deletion, or portability as applicable. We use essential cookies (login/session), analytics cookies (product usage), and, where enabled, marketing cookies. You can control cookies in your browser settings and within the app where available. 2) Data we collect Account Data: name, email, password (hashed), settings, preferences. Subscription/Billing: plan, status, country, taxes, and payment metadata processed by Paddle. We do not store full payment card numbers. Product Usage: pages and features used, timestamps, device/browser, referral, IP, coarse location, event logs. Content You Provide: notes, selections, labels, and other inputs created while using the Service. Cookies & Similar Tech: for authentication, preferences, analytics, and fraud prevention. 3) How we use data Provide, maintain, and improve the Service. Process subscriptions and invoices (via Paddle). Communicate service updates, onboarding, engagement emails (e.g., “new queue available”), and important notices. Security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Analytics to understand usage and improve performance. 4) Sharing We share data with: Paddle (payments/merchant of record, tax, invoicing). Hosting, storage, email delivery, analytics, monitoring, and customer support providers. Authorities or others when required by law or to protect rights/safety.
